Biography of Lynne Oharah
Lynne Oharah was born at Fort Scott Mercy Hospital to Verne and LaVern Oharah.
Lynne grew up on a small farm northeast of Uniontown, Kansas, attended a one room grade school at Popular Grove and graduated from Uniontown High school in 1965.
Lynne served his country four years in the United States Navy.
Lynne has been married to his wife Marla for 26 years, has two adopted daughters, Kelly and Katie, and has five Grandchildren.
Lynne retired, as a mid-level manager, from Southwestern Bell Corporation after a 31 year career and now owns and operates Oharah's Home Improvements and his wife, Marla, owns and opperates Immagination Station Day Care in Uniontown.
Lynne lives on the 3rd generation family farm with his wife Marla and has been a Kansas resident for 56 years
Lynne proudly served as your 4th District Representative in 2005 and 2006.
Lynne is a member of USD 235 Uniontown School Board, Fort Scott Rotary Club, Fort Scott Chamber of Commerce, and is a member and layperson of the Mapleton. Methodist Church.
